About School Drama
A community accountability platform for the Baton Rouge school system.
Our Mission
Issues in schools too often go unreported because people fear retaliation. School Drama gives parents, teachers, students, and staff a safe way to report problems — while ensuring every report is verified and no one is unfairly targeted. We don't name individuals. We don't even name the school until enough people come forward.
How It Works
- Verify your role — you must be a parent, teacher, student, or staff member
- Submit your report — include the school name; it stays private
- Admin reviews — every report is manually reviewed and investigated
- Generic statement posted — anonymized description, no school named
- Community submits evidence — other verified members corroborate
- School named — only after sufficient evidence from multiple sources
Why We Don't Name Schools Immediately
- One report could be a misunderstanding — multiple reports reveal a pattern
- Protects reporters from being identified by the specific school
- Prevents unfair targeting based on a single complaint
- Builds a stronger, more credible case
- Encourages more people to come forward
Who Can Report
Verified members of the Baton Rouge school system: parents, guardians, teachers, students, staff, substitutes, and former staff. We verify your connection before accepting your report.
Our Standards
- Every reporter must be verified
- Every report is manually reviewed
- School names hidden until evidence threshold is met
- All identifying information removed
- False or malicious reports rejected
- The goal is protecting kids, not attacking people
